Delete your Pacific Match account

In the app

Open Pacific Match and go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

By email, without the app

Email privacy@pacificrelocation.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Pacific Match account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us which Apple ID you used, and we may ask you to confirm from that address.

What is deleted

your account and sign-in;
your profile and profile photo;
your saved neighborhoods, saved search and move checklist;
consultation requests sent from your account’s email address.

What is kept

Quiz answers sent with a random ID, which aren’t linked to your account. They are kept up to 24 months.
If you became a Pacific Relocation client, your client file, which we keep for 7 years after the engagement for tax and legal reasons.
