Sea Cliff is a small enclave (about 250 homes) of detached estates on the Pacific Ocean. Long-time residents include Robin Williams, Sharon Stone, and Senator Feinstein. We place a small number of clients here each year — typically tech founders post-liquidity or international families on extended sabbaticals. The trade is real: minimal walkable amenities, mediocre transit, fog 200 days a year, and a closed social fabric. Worth it only if seclusion + ocean + status is the explicit goal.
