Madrona is what Madison Park was 20 years ago: lakefront, leafy, with a tight commercial village and a still-mixed demographic. The schools rate slightly lower on paper but the in-classroom experience is strong, and Bush School is a 5-minute drive. We send clients here who want family living with more design and food culture per square mile than the more buttoned-up north Seattle neighborhoods deliver.
