Hancock Park (with Larchmont Village as its commercial heart) is one of the rare LA neighborhoods that delivers a walkable village, top schools, and a coherent residential identity. The housing is dominated by Spanish-revival and Tudor estates from the 1920s. We place clients here who want central LA access without West Hollywood's energy or the 405 from Brentwood — entertainment industry, law firm partners, and academic relocations. Worth noting: the area has very strict residential zoning that limits new development, which preserves character but constrains rental inventory.
